It’s A Tragedy of Epic Proportions

I live in N. Texas, and the airwaves, paperwaves, and every other waves imaginable are currently inundated with a tragic war of words between CBS and Time Warner Cable.

Time Warner Cable laments that CBS wants a 600% increase in programming charges, for something they send out free over the airwaves.

CBS counters, evidently looking to garner sympathy from the viewing public, with this;

“Attention Time-Warner Cable Customers, no more “Under the Dome”, no more “Big Brother”…blah, blah..blah…”

Uh…CBS, you say that like it’s a bad thing.

And you keep saying it, over and over.  I don’t think it means what you think it means.

So far the score is TWC – 1, CBS – 0

All of this will change with the beginning of Religion #475 (football season) around here.  The fit is gonna hit the shan then.

  1. I guess they’ll wait until ” fit hits the shan”.
